Yes. For all airport transfers, our team actively monitors real-time flight status to ensure timely chauffeur arrival.
Your chauffeur will wait 45 minutes for domestic flights and 75 minutes for international flights after landing, allowing ample time for customs and baggage claim.

We kindly ask clients to share their flight details at the time of booking to enable this service.

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations work:

• Cancel 24+ hours before ride: Full refund.

• Cancel 12–24 hours before: 50% charge applies.

• Cancel within 12 hours or no-show: 100% charge.

For events and large groups, deposits are non-refundable, and full balance payments are required 7 days before the event.
To modify your booking, simply contact us via phone or email — our team will do their best to accommodate changes based on availability.

Our chauffeurs provide a 15-minute courtesy waiting period for standard pickups and up to 45 minutes (domestic) or 75 minutes (international) for airport arrivals when flight information has been provided.

If no contact is made within that time, the booking will be marked as a no-show and charged in full.
Additional waiting time may be arranged and billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate.

Yes, absolutely. Our by-the-hour (as-directed) service allows full flexibility for multiple stops, errands, meetings, or sightseeing within your reserved time.
