These Terms & Conditions outline the policies and responsibilities that ensure a seamless, secure, and enjoyable experience for all our clients.
By confirming a booking with OC EVNOW, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. General Terms
Service Commitment:
OC EVNOW provides premium chauffeur and executive transportation services across Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, and surrounding areas.
Each reservation guarantees a fully licensed chauffeur, a luxury vehicle, and personalized service for the duration of your booking.Reservation Confirmation:
A booking is considered confirmed once you receive written (email or SMS) confirmation from OC EVNOW. Please review your booking details carefully.
Any discrepancies should be reported immediately to avoid service interruptions.Pricing:
All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes, tolls, parking fees, and gratuities (if not included in your rate).
Prices are based on vehicle type, service duration, distance, and time of day.
2. Payment Terms
Accepted Payments:
We accept all major credit cards, corporate accounts, and pre-approved payment methods.
Full payment or a deposit is required to secure your reservation, depending on service type.Billing:
Final invoices will include all applicable charges, including waiting time, additional stops, or extensions beyond the booked duration.
Additional services will be billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate.
3. Cancellation & Delay Policy
Peace of Mind Guarantee
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make the process as smooth as your journey with us.
Cancellation Grace Period
Cancellations made within 1 hour of booking confirmation are always free of charge.
Extended Courtesy Waiting
Your chauffeur will allow a grace period before additional time charges apply:
15 minutes for standard pickups
45 minutes (Domestic flights) and 75 minutes (International flights) at airport arrivals, when a flight itinerary has been provided
If communication is not received after this period, the reservation will be classified as a no-show and charged 100% of the booking fee.
Additional waiting time, when possible, will be accommodated and billed at the vehicle’s hourly rate, in 15-minute increments.
Refund Schedule
Cancel 24+ hours before ride: Full refund.
Cancel 12–24 hours before ride: 50% charge applies.
Cancel within 12 hours / No-shows: 100% charge.
For airport pickups, we monitor flight schedules in real-time, but clients must notify OC EVNOW of cancellations or major delays to avoid charges.
4. Special Events, Weddings & Group Bookings
For exclusive occasions such as weddings, corporate events, or large group transfers, additional preparation and scheduling resources are dedicated to your reservation.
A non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
The final balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
Cancellations made after final payment are non-refundable.
This ensures your chauffeur, vehicle, and logistics are reserved exclusively for your occasion.
5. Delays & Client Readiness
To maintain service punctuality, clients are asked to be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
Unnotified delays may shorten service duration or incur additional waiting time charges as noted above.
Your chauffeur will always make every effort to accommodate unforeseen circumstances while maintaining the highest standard of professionalism.
6. Vehicle Use & Conduct
Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all OC EVNOW vehicles.
Food and open beverages are discouraged to maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
Seatbelts must be worn at all times, and child safety seats will be provided upon request.
7. Liability & Force Majeure
While OC EVNOW takes every precaution to ensure punctuality and safety, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
traffic congestion, severe weather, road closures, flight delays, or mechanical issues.
In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to provide timely alternatives or communicate updated arrangements.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and handle all client information with the utmost discretion.
Personal details and travel information are used solely for the purpose of service delivery and are never shared with third parties, except where legally required.
9. Service Area & Coverage
OC EVNOW proudly serves clients across Orange County, including Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside, and surrounding regions.
Long-distance transfers, tours, and intercity travel are available upon request.
10. Policy Updates
OC EVNOW reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
